Facts & Myths of the Solar Eclipse Presentation

Come to Riverfront Park in Apalach on Saturday, August 19 at 10 AM to get your FREE eclipse glasses and hear Dr. Elizabeth Perkins’ presentation about facts and myths surrounding eclipses.  Important eclipse information will be available as well as moon pies! The Apalachicola Margaret Key Library will distribute ECLIPSE GLASSES for safely observing the eclipse that will occur on Monday, August 21.

Then on Monday:

The Apalachicola Chamber of Commerce, Apalachicola Main Street and the Apalachicola Margaret Key Library are sponsoring an eclipse viewing party on August 21 at Riverfront Park, beginning at 2 pm.  Celestial fun for all ages will include stellar music, ice cold moon juice and solar snacks!
